The contact form at the foot of this page sends to the same address. There's no phone line — we work in writing so every exchange leaves a record.
What we're glad to hear about
- Press — interviews, quotes, image requests. Tell us the outlet, the deadline, and the angle.
- Partnerships — editorial collaborations, consulting, producer introductions. Everything's considered; nothing changes a rating. See How we rate and Affiliations.
- Corrections — factual errors, missing sources, wrong citations. Send the URL of the page and exactly what should change.
- Product suggestions — rare condiments to add to the list. If you represent a producer, say so. Suggestions are weighed against the published criteria.
- Reader questions — how to use a condiment, a pairing, picking a kit. We answer every serious question as time allows.
- Privacy requests (data access, correction, deletion). Put "Privacy request" in the subject line.
What we don't handle
- Paid placement or sponsored content disguised as a review.
- Requests to remove a negative rating that isn't backed by a factual error.
- Cold sales pitches (SEO, prospecting agencies).
How fast we reply
- Corrections: a reasoned reply within eight working days; a visible fix within fifteen days if validated.
- Press: within two working days when a deadline is given, five otherwise.
- Privacy requests: within the legal window — 30 days, per GDPR for EU readers, and in line with the equivalent US (CCPA/CPRA) and UK timelines.
- Everything else: within ten working days where possible. No reply after that? Nudge us.
